  • How long before I can make my first call using Hirrun PNS?
  • Only minutes. You will be able to make your first call to your phone to test the system.
  • What kind of Training is available for my staff?
  • Hirrun offers free on-line training via screen cam and/or instruction sheet. Onsite training is also available.
  • How do I know if my system is compatible with Hirrun PNS?
  • All systems are compatible with Hirrun. Since our system uses uploads or custom code to interface we are able to get patient information from any EMR system.
  • How will I know if my call went through?
  • You will know within seconds by checking your secure web-page. An email report can also be sent.
  • Can I schedule my calls to go out at a certain time of day?
  • Yes, when setting up the call schedule you can set a default or custom time for making the outgoing calls.
  • What happens if an answering machine picks up?
  • Hirrun PNS leaves a message on any answering machine or voicemail system.
  • Is there any equipment to buy?
  • No, Hirrun will maintain all calling and reporting systems. All you need is a computer and internet connection.
  • What are the costs involved for setup and monthly charges?
  • Charges range based on volume and number of office locations. In general the fees run $50/month per doctor.
  • Are there any contracts?
  • There are no contracts or setup fees. You may cancel your account at any time.
